Current and previous projects are featured below.
17 Seabring StreetBROOKLYN, NEW YORK
Brooklyn Hotel Group (BHG) recently acquired an 81 room Comfort Inn hotel in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The Comfort Inn was underperforming and not a good ‘fit’ for an area that is quickly becoming a destination for tourists, individuals and new families looking for an authentic Brooklyn neighborhood. During the first year of ownership, BHG repositioned the hotel brand, management team and design of the property into the LOOK hotel, Red Hook. The LOOK is a local contemporary select-service boutique hotel which serves the community and guests in a more sophisticated hospitality venue that incorporates the energetic elements of Red Hook. The new hotel features select amenities, specialty foods, spirits and beer that are all crafted locally. These efforts, in addition to the inclusion of a cocktail lounge, have further enhanced the alignment of the property with the surrounding neighborhood. All sectors of hotel performance have benefited from this rebranding and repositioning.
